Core modules
Introduction to AI and Common Use Cases
Your teams learn how to use AI to clean and visualise data faster, cutting manual reporting hours and improving accuracy.
AI for Accessing and Communicating Data
Staff gain the ability to query databases with SQL and present insights clearly, ensuring managers get the right information at the right time.
AI for Analytical Insights
Learners apply AI to identify churn risks, segment customers, and run A/B tests, driving smarter, evidence-based business decisions.
AI for Automation
Repetitive admin is reduced as staff automate tasks with AI assistants, chatbots and workflow tools like Zapier, freeing capacity for higher-value work.
AI Capstone Project
Every learner delivers a real workplace project — from dashboards to workflow automation — proving measurable business impact.
AI Portfolio Project
Learners complete a final, business-specific project. This will help them demonstrate their abilities during the End Point Assessment (EPA).
Optional modules
Strengthen your team’s capabilities further with optional modules in Python programming, advanced data analysis and dashboard design. These modules expand in-house expertise, reduce reliance on external analysts and can shorten training hours for the Level 4 Data Analyst programme, accelerating future progression for your staff.
End Point Assessment (EPA)
The programme concludes with an independent End Point Assessment (EPA). Learners showcase their project portfolio and complete scenario-based tasks that prove their competence. By this stage, they’ve already delivered measurable results in the workplace, so the EPA serves as formal recognition of their impact. Passing earns the nationally recognised Level 3 Data Technician qualification, validating their ability to analyse data, automate workflows and apply AI responsibly at work.

What our learners say
“I really enjoyed learning AI for Business Analytics at Boom Training. The topics were very interesting and up to the current realities and tools available. It was great feeling to write first codes with no prior experience and experience the magic happening behind.”

Jurate Eideniene
Senior Vice President for Data & Analytics @ Moody's
“Up to Boom Training, I worked with only academic-related data, so seeing how business data can create actionable insights was a next-level experience. Most importantly, I received 1on1 feedback from professionals - they adapted to my skill level and always gave new advice.”
